What this site stores in your browser, why it is there, and what will change if we introduce analytics.

Review status

This document is a plain-language placeholder prepared for launch. It describes how VEXECS intends to operate, and it should be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel — including jurisdiction-specific obligations — before the site goes live.

The short version

At launch, vexecs.com does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tags. The only thing stored in your browser is a draft of the executive registration form, and only if you start filling it in.

What is stored today

  • Executive registration draft (local storage). Saved under the key vexecs.executive-registration.draft.v1 so a long form survives an interruption. It stays on your device, is not sent to us until you submit the form, and is removed when you submit it or choose "Start again".
  • Strictly necessary hosting cookies. Our hosting provider may set short-lived cookies to route requests, balance load and protect the site from abuse. These do not identify you and are not used for advertising.

Fonts and third-party requests

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it receives your IP address as a result. No cookie is set by that request. If this matters for your organization, the fonts can be self-hosted — say so and we will prioritize it.

If we add analytics

We may introduce a privacy-respecting analytics tool to understand which pages are useful. If we do:

  • We will name the provider on this page before it goes live.
  • We will prefer a cookieless, aggregate-only tool over anything that profiles individuals.
  • Where consent is required in your jurisdiction, we will ask for it before anything is loaded.
  • We will honor your browser's Global Privacy Control signal.

Managing what is stored

You can clear site data at any time through your browser settings, which removes the registration draft and any cookies. Doing so will not affect a form you have already submitted.
